Reports Overview
SVP includes 22 reports across 7 categories. All reports are accessible from Reports in the sidebar. Categories appear as tabs across the top of the Reports page. Every report supports date range filtering and can be exported to CSV.
Payroll
- Payroll Report — Hours & pay summary per employee with overtime and gross pay
- Employee Attendance — Attendance breakdown by employee over a date range
Fleet
- Maintenance History — All maintenance records by vehicle with cost totals
- Fuel Summary — Fuel costs and consumption grouped by vehicle
- Vehicle Cost Analysis — Maintenance + fuel per vehicle with cost-per-mile
Inventory
- Inventory Status — Current snapshot of stock levels and values
- Inventory Movement — Check-outs, check-ins, adjustments by item or employee
Jobs
- Job Summary — Jobs by status and date with client and crew details
Clients
- Client List Export — Full active client list with contact info and tags

- Chemical Usage — Chemical consumption per job, per month, per crew member
