Adding a Fuel Log
- Go to Fleet and click the vehicle
- Open the Fuel Logs tab
- Click Add Fuel Log
- The odometer pre-populates from GPS data — edit it if needed
- Enter: gallons, cost per gallon or total cost, fuel type, station/vendor, and date
- Click Save
Why Log Fuel?
Fuel logs let you track cost per mile and fuel efficiency over time across your fleet — useful for spotting vehicles with declining performance or unusually high fuel costs.
