Pre-Trip Inspections

Completing an Inspection

1. Go to the vehicle's detail page
2. Click New Inspection
3. Check each item: tires, lights, brakes, fluids, mirrors, horn, wipers, seatbelts, body condition
4. Mark each as Pass or Fail
5. Add notes for any failures
6. Submit

Inspection history is saved on the vehicle's page. Managers can see all inspections across the fleet.
