Dashboard — Maintenance Due Card
The dashboard includes a Maintenance Due card showing the top 5 most urgent vehicles. Overdue items appear first, followed by due-soon items. Each alert shows:
- Vehicle name
- Service type (e.g., Oil Change)
- Miles or days remaining — or how far overdue
Click any alert to go directly to that vehicle's fleet page.
Fleet List Page
Vehicles with upcoming or overdue maintenance display a colored badge in the fleet list:
- Red badge — overdue
- Amber badge — due soon
Vehicle Detail Page
The Service Intervals table on the vehicle's Maintenance tab shows the full status of every configured interval for that vehicle.
Alert Thresholds
Due Soon triggers when a vehicle is within 500 miles or 30 days of the configured interval. Alerts are powered by live GPS odometer data — no manual odometer entry needed if GPS is connected.
