Overview
All subscription and billing settings are in one place: Settings β Billing. From here you can view your current plan, update your payment method, download receipts, and upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Viewing Your Current Plan
The top of the Billing tab shows:
- Your current plan name and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
- Your renewal date
- Usage summary β how many clients, users, or modules you're actively using against your plan limits
Free Trial
If your account is in a free trial period, the Billing tab shows your trial expiration date and a countdown. Your trial includes full access to all features. No charges occur until the trial ends, and you won't be billed without a payment method on file.
To continue using SVP after the trial, add a payment method before the expiration date.
Upgrading or Downgrading
- Click Change Plan in the Billing tab.
- Review the available plans and what's included in each.
- Select the plan you want and confirm.
Upgrading takes effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan remains active until then.
Payment Methods
SVP accepts major credit and debit cards. To update your payment method:
- Click Update Payment Method in the Billing tab.
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save. The new card will be used for future charges.
Receipts and Billing History
The Billing History section lists all past charges with dates, amounts, and status. Click any row to download a PDF receipt. These are suitable for business expense records.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the Billing tab. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will be locked and data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
