Response Times
We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days. Response times may be longer on weekends and holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your message.
What to Include in Your Message
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your company name β so we can look up your account
- A clear description of the issue β what happened, what you expected to happen
- Steps to reproduce β what did you click or do before the issue occurred?
- Screenshots β if the issue is visual, a screenshot helps (paste into the message or attach via email reply)
- Module or feature name β e.g., "Christmas Lights β Storage" or "Lawncare β Routes"
Topic Categories
When you submit the form, choose the topic that best fits your issue:
- General Question β How does [feature] work?
- Bug Report β Something isn't working as expected
- Feature Request β You'd like us to add or change something
- Billing β Questions about your plan, charges, or subscription
- Account Help β Password resets, user access, login issues
- Module Help β Questions specific to an industry module
- Other β Anything that doesn't fit the categories above
