Managing User Permissions

How to customize what each user can see and do.

Permission System

ServiceVault Pro uses granular permissions β€” not just fixed roles. Each user can have a custom set of permissions.

Editing Permissions

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Users
  2. Click the shield icon next to a user's name
  3. Toggle Full Administrator for complete access, or customize by section
  4. Use Quick Presets (Manager, Office Admin, Field Employee) as a starting point
  5. Customize individual checkboxes as needed
  6. Click Save Permissions

What Gets Controlled

Every section has individual permissions: view, add, edit, delete. Some have special options like "View Assigned Jobs Only" or "View Own Pay Only."
