Overview
The SVP dashboard is your command center. It gives you a real-time snapshot of your business — what needs attention today, what's running low, and how your season or month is tracking.
Stats Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing key metrics at a glance. These may include:
- Active Clients — total clients currently in your system
- Jobs This Month — jobs scheduled or completed in the current month
- Open Estimates — estimates awaiting client approval
- Revenue This Month — total billed or collected in the current period
Click any card to jump directly to the related list or report.
Low Stock Alerts
If your inventory has items at or below their reorder threshold, they appear here. Click an item to open the inventory record and adjust quantities or create a purchase order. This section is empty when all stock levels are healthy.
Maintenance Due
Any vehicles or equipment with scheduled maintenance coming up (or overdue) appear in this section. SVP surfaces these so nothing slips through during a busy season. Click a vehicle to open its maintenance record.
Recent Jobs
A live feed of your most recently created or updated jobs. This gives you a quick pulse on active work without needing to open the full jobs list. Click any job to view its details.
Quick Actions
Depending on your modules, the dashboard includes quick action buttons for common tasks — creating a new client, scheduling a job, or logging time. These save you from navigating into submenus for frequent actions.
Module-Specific Dashboards
In addition to the main dashboard, each active module has its own focused view:
- CL Season Dashboard — Christmas lights season overview: installs remaining, takedowns scheduled, bins in/out
- PW Dashboard — Pressure washing job pipeline, crew assignments, and upcoming appointments
- LC Dashboard — Lawn care recurring schedule, property map, and service status
Switch between dashboards using the module tabs at the top of the dashboard page, or navigate via the sidebar.
