Bin Lookup
When you need to find a specific client's lights fast — at the start of install season, during a service call, or at takedown — Bin Lookup gets you there in seconds. Search by client name and see every bin they have, where it lives, and what's in it.
Navigate to Storage → Lookup (or go directly to /storage/lookup).
Searching for a Client
Start typing the client's name in the search field. The field uses type-ahead autocomplete — suggestions will appear after a brief pause as you type. Select the correct client from the suggestion list.
Viewing Results
Once you select a client, all bins assigned to them are displayed. For each bin you'll see:
- Location — which storage facility the bin is in
- Position — the row and column coordinates of the bin
- Status — color-coded to match the Storage Map (Stored, Pulled, Prepped, On Truck, Returned, Empty)
- Contents — the item types stored in the bin
Expanding Bin Details
Click any bin result to expand it and see the full contents breakdown. Each bin also includes a link to its dedicated bin detail page if you need to make updates or view history.
