Storage Map
The Storage Map gives you a bird's-eye view of your entire storage facility. Instead of hunting through lists, you see every bin in the building laid out exactly as they're physically arranged — and color-coded by what's in them.
Navigate to Storage → Map (or go directly to /storage/map).
Selecting a Location
If you manage multiple storage locations, use the dropdown at the top of the page to select which facility you want to view. The grid will update to show that location's layout.
Reading the Grid
The grid displays bins arranged in rows and columns matching your physical storage layout. Each bin cell is color-coded by its current status:
- Blue — Stored: Client's lights are in this bin and in storage
- Yellow — Pulled: Bin has been pulled for a job
- Green — Prepped: Bin is prepped and ready to go
- Orange — On Truck: Bin is currently on a truck
- Gray — Returned: Bin has been returned after a job
- Dark Gray — Empty: Bin is empty and available
A color legend at the bottom of the page is always visible for quick reference.
Viewing Bin Contents
Click any bin cell to expand it and see what's inside. Contents are listed by item type:
- C9
- Mini Strand
- Garland
- Wreath
- Timer
- Wire
- Other
Grid Size
The number of rows and columns shown is determined by your location settings. If your grid doesn't match your physical layout, update the row and column count in the location's settings.
