Batch Mixing Log

Review every chemical batch mix your crew has logged, with exact quantities and costs.

Batch Mixing Log

Every time your crew mixes a batch of chemicals, that mix gets logged here. The Batch Mixing Log gives you a complete record of what was mixed, for what surface, at what cost β€” so you can track chemical consumption, verify crew compliance with mix ratios, and understand your true cost per job.

Navigate to Pressure Washing β†’ Batches (or go directly to /pw/batches).

What's in the Log

Each row in the table represents one batch mix. Columns include:

  • Surface Type β€” Vinyl Siding, Brick, Concrete, Wood Deck, and others
  • Soil Level β€” the contamination level the mix was designed for
  • Sq Ft β€” square footage of the area being treated
  • SH Gallons β€” sodium hypochlorite used
  • Surfactant Oz β€” surfactant used
  • Water Gallons β€” water used
  • Pre-Carb Oz β€” pre-carbonate used
  • Total Cost β€” calculated cost of the batch
  • Notes β€” any crew notes on the mix
  • Date Mixed β€” when the batch was logged

Filtering by Date

Use the date range filter to narrow the log to a specific time period β€” useful for weekly reviews, job cost analysis, or pulling data for a particular client's work.

Exporting

Click the Export to CSV button to download the current filtered view. Use this to bring batch data into a spreadsheet for deeper cost analysis or reporting.
