Job Site Assessment & Inspection

Pre-job site assessment, post-wash inspection, damage documentation, and weather check.

Pre-Job Site Assessment

Before starting any wash, complete the site assessment on the job detail page. This documents conditions and protects your business. Assessment fields include:

  • Water Source β€” Spigot location, GPM estimate, hose access
  • Electrical β€” Exterior outlets near wash area, overhead lines
  • Access β€” Gate codes, locked areas, vehicle clearance
  • Obstacles β€” Furniture, potted plants, vehicles to move
  • Landscaping β€” Plantings that need protection from chemical overspray
  • Pre-Existing Damage β€” Document any damage before you touch anything (photos required)

Post-Wash Inspection

After the job, complete the 9-item quality checklist covering coverage, rinse quality, chemical residue, surface condition, and surrounding area. Record client satisfaction (1–5) and crew self-rating for internal quality tracking.

Damage Documentation

If damage is found at any point, tap Document Damage and fill in:

  • Phase β€” Pre-existing, During Job, or Post-Job
  • Severity β€” Minor, Moderate, Major
  • Location β€” Description and photos (required)
  • Resolution β€” Track through open β†’ in review β†’ resolved workflow

Weather Check

Tap Weather Check on any PW job to get a GPS-based current conditions report. The app returns a Safe or Caution verdict based on wind speed, temperature, and precipitation probability. Caution flags are logged with the job record.
