Estimate Photos
Photos attached to an estimate tell the full story of a job — what the site looked like before the crew arrived, what was found, and what was completed. They also protect you if there's ever a dispute about pre-existing damage.
Access the photos page from any pressure washing estimate's detail page, or navigate directly to /pw/estimates/[id]/photos.
Photo Types
Each photo is tagged with a type to keep things organized. Available types are:
- Before — site condition prior to work
- After — completed work
- Damage — pre-existing damage documentation
- Site Assessment — general site documentation during quoting
- Other — anything that doesn't fit the above
Each type displays as a color-coded badge on the photo card.
Uploading Photos
Upload photos directly from your device. Photos are converted to base64 and stored with the estimate record. You can add an optional caption to each photo at the time of upload to describe what's shown.
Viewing Photos
Click any photo to open it in a lightbox for a full-size view. This is useful when reviewing estimates in the office or sharing job documentation.
Deleting Photos
Photos can be deleted from the estimate if they were uploaded in error or are no longer needed.
