Overview
GorillaDesk integrates with Zapier to let you push new customers into SVP automatically. This is especially useful if you're running both platforms during a transition period.
What You'll Need
- A Zapier account
- Your GorillaDesk account connected to Zapier
- Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings β Integrations β Webhook URL)
Available GorillaDesk Triggers
- New Customer β fires when a new customer is created
- New Job
- Job Completed
- New Invoice
Step 1: Sign into Zapier
Log in at zapier.com.
Step 2: Create a New Zap
Click + Create Zap.
Step 3: Set the Trigger β New Customer from GorillaDesk
- Search for and select GorillaDesk.
- Choose New Customer as the trigger event.
- Connect your GorillaDesk account.
- Test with a recent customer record.
Step 4: Set the Action β Webhooks by Zapier β POST to SVP
- Add action: Webhooks by Zapier β POST.
- Paste your SVP webhook URL and set payload type to JSON.

Step 6: Test and Activate
Test the action and confirm the customer appears in SVP. Publish the Zap to go live.
