Connect Housecall Pro to SVP via Zapier

Overview

Connect Housecall Pro to SVP via Zapier to automatically sync new customers as they're created in HCP. No more manual exports.

What You'll Need

• A Zapier account
• Your Housecall Pro account connected to Zapier
• Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL)

Available Housecall Pro Triggers

• New Customer — fires when a new customer is created
• New Job — fires when a new job is scheduled
• Job Completed — fires when a job status changes to completed
• New Invoice
• New Estimate

Step 1: Sign into Zapier

Log in at zapier.com.

Step 2: Create a New Zap

Click + Create Zap.

Step 3: Set the Trigger — New Customer from Housecall Pro

1. Search for and select Housecall Pro as the trigger app.
2. Choose New Customer as the trigger event.
3. Connect and authorize your HCP account.
4. Test the trigger with a recent customer record.

Step 4: Set the Action — Webhooks by Zapier → POST to SVP

1. Add an action step: Webhooks by Zapier → POST.
2. Paste your SVP webhook URL in the URL field.
3. Set Payload Type to JSON.

Step 5: Map Fields

• first_name → HCP: First Name
• last_name → HCP: Last Name
• email → HCP: Email
• phone → HCP: Mobile Phone (or Primary Phone)
• address → HCP: Street
• city → HCP: City
• state → HCP: State
• zip → HCP: Zip

Step 6: Test and Activate

Run the test action and verify the customer appears in SVP. Click Publish Zap to go live.
