Overview
Thryv stores your customers in its CRM and allows export from the Clients or Contacts section. The export is a standard CSV with contact and address information.
Steps to Export
- Log in to your Thryv account.
- Navigate to Clients (or CRM β Contacts depending on your Thryv version).
- Use filters to select which clients you want to export (all, active, by tag, etc.).
- Click the Export button or select Export to CSV from the Actions menu.
- Confirm and download the .csv file.
Common Fields Included
- First Name, Last Name
- Business Name (for commercial contacts)
- Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
- Phone (primary)
- Tags / Categories
- Created Date
Gotchas
- Thryv includes marketing opt-in/opt-out fields in its export β these are not used by SVP and should be skipped during import mapping.
- If you have custom fields or intake form answers stored in Thryv, they'll appear as extra columns. Map them to SVP notes fields or skip them.
- Thryv may include duplicate entries if you've merged contacts inconsistently β review your list in Thryv before exporting to avoid importing duplicates.
