Connect Workiz to SVP via Zapier

Overview

Workiz connects to Zapier natively, allowing you to push new clients and jobs to SVP automatically as they're created.

What You'll Need

• A Zapier account
• Your Workiz account connected to Zapier
• Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL)

Available Workiz Triggers

• New Client — fires when a new client is created
• New Job — fires when a new job is created
• Job Status Changed
• New Invoice

Step 1: Sign into Zapier

Log in at zapier.com.

Step 2: Create a New Zap

Click + Create Zap.

Step 3: Set the Trigger — New Client from Workiz

1. Search for and select Workiz.
2. Choose New Client as the trigger event.
3. Connect your Workiz account.
4. Test with a recent client record.

Step 4: Set the Action — Webhooks by Zapier → POST to SVP

1. Add action: Webhooks by Zapier → POST.
2. Paste your SVP webhook URL and set payload type to JSON.

Step 5: Map Fields

• first_name → Workiz: First Name
• last_name → Workiz: Last Name
• email → Workiz: Email
• phone → Workiz: Phone
• address → Workiz: Address
• city → Workiz: City
• state → Workiz: State
• zip → Workiz: Zip Code

Step 6: Test and Activate

Test the action and confirm the client appears in SVP. Publish the Zap to activate it.
