Overview
Thryv's Zapier integration allows new contacts (clients) to be pushed to SVP automatically. This is a reliable way to keep both systems in sync during or after a migration.
What You'll Need
- A Zapier account
- Thryv connected to Zapier
- Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings β Integrations β Webhook URL)
Available Thryv Triggers
- New Contact β fires when a new contact/client is added
- New Appointment
- New Invoice
- Contact Updated
Step 1: Sign into Zapier
Log in at zapier.com.
Step 2: Create a New Zap
Click + Create Zap.
Step 3: Set the Trigger β New Contact from Thryv
- Search for and select Thryv.
- Choose New Contact as the trigger event.
- Connect your Thryv account.
- Test with a recent contact record.
Step 4: Set the Action β Webhooks by Zapier β POST to SVP
- Add action: Webhooks by Zapier β POST.
- Paste your SVP webhook URL. Set payload type to JSON.
Step 5: Map Fields

Step 6: Test and Activate
Test the action and confirm the contact appears in SVP as a client. Publish the Zap.
