Overview
ServiceM8 integrates with Zapier and can push new client records to SVP automatically as they're created. This is useful during a parallel-run migration or for ongoing syncing.
What You'll Need
- A Zapier account
- ServiceM8 connected to Zapier
- Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings β Integrations β Webhook URL)
Available ServiceM8 Triggers
- New Client β fires when a new client/company is created
- New Job
- Job Status Changed
- New Invoice
- New Quote
Step 1: Sign into Zapier
Log in at zapier.com.
Step 2: Create a New Zap
Click + Create Zap.
Step 3: Set the Trigger β New Client from ServiceM8
- Search for and select ServiceM8.
- Choose New Client as the trigger event.
- Connect your ServiceM8 account.
- Test with a recent client record.
Step 4: Set the Action β Webhooks by Zapier β POST to SVP
- Add action: Webhooks by Zapier β POST.
- Paste your SVP webhook URL. Set payload type to JSON.
Step 5: Map Fields

Step 6: Test and Activate
Test the action and confirm the client appears in SVP. Publish the Zap to activate it.
