Overview
FieldEdge offers customer data export through its reporting module. Because FieldEdge is designed primarily for HVAC and mechanical trades, the export path is slightly different from other platforms.
Steps to Export
- Log in to FieldEdge and go to Reports in the main navigation.
- Look for a Customer List or Customer Report option.
- Set your filters (date range, active status, etc.) and run the report.
- Click Export or Download as CSV from the report results page.
- Save the file to your computer.
If you can't find a direct export, contact FieldEdge support β some plans require a data export request through their support team.
Common Fields Included
- Customer Name (first + last)
- Company (for commercial accounts)
- Service Address
- Phone Number(s)
- Customer Since date
- Equipment / Service tags (may be included)
Gotchas
- FieldEdge's Zapier integration is limited β for ongoing sync, webhooks are the recommended approach rather than Zapier.
- Equipment and service history columns included in FieldEdge exports are not used by SVP's client import β skip them in the mapper.
- If the report-based export doesn't give you all the fields you need, contact FieldEdge support and request a full customer data export.
