Connect Service Fusion to SVP via Zapier

Overview

Service Fusion supports Zapier, allowing new customers to be pushed to SVP automatically as they're added to your Service Fusion account.

What You'll Need

• A Zapier account
• Service Fusion connected to Zapier
• Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings → Integrations → Webhook URL)

Available Service Fusion Triggers

• New Customer
• New Job / Work Order
• New Invoice
• Job Status Updated

Step 1: Sign into Zapier

Log in at zapier.com.

Step 2: Create a New Zap

Click + Create Zap.

Step 3: Set the Trigger — New Customer from Service Fusion

1. Search for and select Service Fusion.
2. Choose New Customer as the trigger event.
3. Connect your Service Fusion account.
4. Test with a recent customer record.

Step 4: Set the Action — Webhooks by Zapier → POST to SVP

1. Add action: Webhooks by Zapier → POST.
2. Paste your SVP webhook URL and set payload type to JSON.

Step 5: Map Fields

• first_name → Service Fusion: First Name
• last_name → Service Fusion: Last Name
• email → Service Fusion: Email
• phone → Service Fusion: Phone
• address → Service Fusion: Address 1
• city → Service Fusion: City
• state → Service Fusion: State
• zip → Service Fusion: Zip

Step 6: Test and Activate

Test and confirm the customer appears in SVP. Publish the Zap.
