Export Clients from Jobber

How to export your client list from Jobber as a CSV for import into SVP.

Overview

Jobber lets you export your client list directly from the Clients section. The export produces a CSV with contact info, addresses, and custom fields.

Steps to Export

  1. Log in to Jobber and go to Clients in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the More actions menu (three dots or gear icon) near the top of the list.
  3. Select Export Clients.
  4. Jobber will prompt you to confirm. Click Export.
  5. A .csv file will be emailed to your Jobber account email address, or downloaded directly depending on your Jobber version.

Common Fields Included

  • First Name, Last Name
  • Company Name
  • Billing Address (Street, City, State, Zip, Country)
  • Phone (mobile, home, work)
  • Email
  • Tags / Lead Source
  • Balance owing (if applicable)

Gotchas

  • Jobber exports all phone number types in separate columns. SVP will map the first non-empty phone column as the primary phone number.
  • Custom fields you've created in Jobber will appear as extra columns β€” map or skip them during SVP import.
  • Archived clients are typically excluded by default. If you want to import them, check Jobber's Archived filter before exporting.
