Overview
ServiceTitan's Zapier integration lets you push new customers to SVP automatically. Note that ServiceTitan requires a paid Zapier plan for some triggers β check compatibility with your ServiceTitan tier.
What You'll Need
- A Zapier account (Pro or higher may be required for ServiceTitan)
- ServiceTitan connected to Zapier
- Your SVP webhook endpoint URL (found in Settings β Integrations β Webhook URL)
Available ServiceTitan Triggers
- New Customer β fires when a new customer is created
- New Job
- Job Status Updated
- New Invoice
- New Booking
Step 1: Sign into Zapier
Log in at zapier.com.
Step 2: Create a New Zap
Click + Create Zap.
Step 3: Set the Trigger β New Customer from ServiceTitan
- Search for and select ServiceTitan.
- Choose New Customer as the trigger event.
- Authorize your ServiceTitan account via the OAuth flow.
- Test the trigger with a sample customer.
Step 4: Set the Action β Webhooks by Zapier β POST to SVP
- Add action: Webhooks by Zapier β POST.
- Enter your SVP webhook URL and set payload type to JSON.
Step 5: Map Fields

Step 6: Test and Activate
Test the action and confirm the customer appears in SVP. Publish the Zap to go live.
Note
If your ServiceTitan account doesn't support Zapier triggers, consider using SVP's webhook integration for real-time sync instead.
