Overview
Service Fusion provides a customer export through its reporting tools. The export produces a spreadsheet-compatible file with your full customer contact list.
Steps to Export
- Log in to Service Fusion at app.servicefusion.com.
- Go to Customers in the main navigation.
- Apply any desired filters (active status, customer type, etc.).
- Click the Export button or icon in the customer list toolbar.
- Select CSV or Excel as your format. If you choose Excel (.xlsx), open it and re-save as .csv before importing to SVP.
- The file will download to your computer.
Common Fields Included
- Customer Name (first + last or company name)
- Service Address (Street, City, State, Zip)
- Billing Address
- Phone (primary)
- Customer Type
- Balance / Account Info
Gotchas
- Service Fusion may export customer name as a single Name column. If so, split it into First Name / Last Name columns in a spreadsheet, or use SVP's mapper to assign it to Full Name.
- Financial balance columns can be ignored β set them to Skip during SVP import mapping.
- Service Fusion exports can include custom field columns that vary by account. Review and skip any columns you don't need.
